Programs range from intensive multi-week Professional classes to flexible Online tracks you can complete at your pace.
What does a typical module look like?

Each module includes video lessons, downloadable resources, hands-on assignments, and an instructor evaluation.
Do I need my own tools?

Tool requirements vary by program. Your enrollment confirmation will list what's provided and what to bring.
How do I log in?

Go to /portal and sign in with the email you applied with. Forgot your password? Use the reset link.
Where is my schedule?

Open My Courses → Training. Upcoming class dates also appear on your dashboard welcome card.
How do I update my profile or photo?
Student Portal
Visit Profile in the bottom nav (mobile) or Profile section on desktop. You can update your name, phone, and avatar.
How do I submit an assignment?
Assignments
Open Tasks from the bottom nav, pick a To do item, tap Submit, then take a photo or record a video directly with your phone or upload a file.
Can I resubmit if my work is rejected?
Assignments
Yes. Rejected submissions reopen the task and you can upload a new attempt with notes for your instructor.
How do I see instructor feedback?
Assignments
Graded items appear under the Graded section on the Tasks page. Open one to read instructor notes.
Where do I find my class check-in QR code?
Attendance & QR
Open Profile → Class check-in QR. Show the gold QR code to your instructor at the start of class.
How does QR check-in work?
Attendance & QR
Your instructor scans your QR using the in-app scanner. Attendance is logged automatically and can't be checked in twice for the same class.
I missed a class — what should I do?

Message your instructor through the portal and check the Announcements board for any make-up sessions.
When do I get my certificate?

Once your instructor marks you graduation-eligible, your certificate becomes downloadable from Achievements.
How do I share my certificate?

Each certificate has a public verification URL you can include on your résumé or LinkedIn.
How do I see my invoices?
Billing
Open Profile — your payment status and invoices are listed there. Reach out to admissions for billing changes.
Do you offer financing?

Yes — financing options vary. Submit Request Info on Admissions and our team will outline current plans.
How do I take attendance?

Open Teach → Scan Attendance (or visit /dashboard/instructor/scan). Select the class, start the camera, and scan student QR codes.
How do I post an announcement?

From the Instructor dashboard, open the Messages tab and create an announcement. Students see it in their notification center.
How do I evaluate a student?
For Instructors
On your roster, open a student card and use Evaluations to record skill-category pass/needs-improvement plus notes.
