We collect information you provide directly — including name, contact details, application materials, military service records (for veteran scholarships), and payment information — along with technical data such as device, browser, and usage analytics.
To process applications, deliver training, issue certifications, communicate with students and employer partners, and improve the platform. Veteran documentation is used solely for scholarship verification.
Student educational records — including grades, attendance, evaluations, and certificates — are treated as confidential. Access is restricted to the student, authorized instructors, and administrators with a legitimate educational interest.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: (a) employer partners when students opt in to placement, (b) service providers under contract, and (c) authorities when required by law.
Application data is retained for 7 years. Educational records are retained permanently per accreditation requirements. Marketing leads are retained until opt-out.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting contact@dentcollege.com. Students may request transcripts and certificate reissuance at any time.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Administrative access is role-based and audited. Document storage uses signed URLs with short expirations.
