By enrolling in a Dent College program or using this platform, you agree to these Terms.
Tuition is due per the payment schedule signed at enrollment. Refunds follow the published enrollment agreement and applicable state regulations.
Students and instructors agree to professional, safe, and respectful conduct. Violations may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required coursework, attendance, and practical evaluations. Certifications remain the property of Dent College.
All curriculum, video content, and instructional materials are owned by Dent College. Redistribution or commercial reuse is prohibited.
Career placement assistance is offered as a service, not a guarantee. Employer partners conduct independent hiring decisions.
Dent College is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
